  • How do I order Coif certificates for my chapter?

Chapters may order Coif certificates for new members in two ways: most commonly, chapters order certificates, report new member names, and pay dues at one time. This can now be done on our website. Chapters may also request certificates in advance of electing new members, then report names and pay dues at a later date. Membership will not be formally recorded with Coif until names are reported and dues are paid. To request certificates in advance please email admin@orderofthecoif.org.

  • Who transcribes the names to new member certificates?

Each chapter is responsible for adding new member names and the chapter name to membership certificates. The national office will send a supply of certificates with the Coif seal applied, ready for names to be added. Some chapters choose to use a calligrapher while others use an office printer to add names.
